Our retreats help you move your body, clear your mind, and nourish your soul in a welcoming, relaxing environment. Whether you’re with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or coming solo, you’ll always be warmly welcomed. It’s a great chance to pause, reconnect, and take time for yourself.

Each month, we create a relaxing space for breathwork, hatha yoga, and guided relaxation. Naomi’s inclusive, adaptable, and beginner-friendly teaching ensures everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy the practice at their own pace, fully embracing the retreat’s benefits.

Holly creates every grazing table with love! We’ll be changing the menu up at each event but you can always expect the WOW-factor at your Sunday morning retreat; bright, fresh and locally-sourced (where possible!) ingredients to enjoy with your fellow retreaters.

We can cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan. However, if you have an intolerance or allergy please do get in touch before booking so we can discuss.
